This book is a lovely, heartwarming story of life in a rural farming town. Rosemary's characters come to life so quickly that I found my self loving most and despising a couple. The spiritual scriptures woven through the story line were inspiring and so appropriate to the unfolding story. I so enjoyed reading this book, but I put it down one night because I dreaded coming to the end so quickly, certainly a reflection of a talented author. Just beautiful, Kudos Rosemary, and I will be looking forward to the sequel.

Wow! This book brought the truth of God’s love, forgiveness and provision to life. The characters and storyline are very relatable. At times, the book will bring you to tears while at the same time ensuring you that God is with you every step of the way. The author has a unique way of intertwining a story of love, human struggle and grief with encouraging scriptures and songs. The story will keep you captivated while increasing your faith. The surprise ending will inspire you to never lose hope in the miraculous things that God can do. It also leaves room for a great sequel!

I truly enjoyed this book - several of the characters were relatable and the verses/songs fit well with the story. As someone who spent her early years on a farm, the book brought back many memories. I believe there is a sequel in the works, and I am curious to see where these characters go next - there is more story to tell, that is certain. God never leaves us or forsakes us, even if the path is rocky or we find ourselves struggling with life's challenges. And for that I am very thankful.

Being a country gal, I loved reading Under His Wings. It is a real life, delightful, well written, captivating love story. God's love and goodness is all throughout this book. Under His Wings is a touching story about a close-knit family with relationships mostly good but some not so good and how God helped them through the not so good times. I found myself not wanting to put this book down! Congratulations to Rosemary Fisher and amazing first time Author. I can't wait for the sequel! Maggie Brewer

This book was written in "mid-west style": comfortable, unassuming, and easy-going. I started out reading a few chapters while sitting on my back porch every morning, enjoying my coffee. When I got about half-way through though, I couldn't put it down! I ended up staying up waaaay past my bedtime to finish it! Will there be a sequel?

This writing project may have been “A pandemic-driven endeavor”, as described by the author, but it emerged as something much more. Under His Wings exudes Christian love. From tragedy and times of testing, the characters in this engaging story demonstrate the promise of renewal when faith is the cornerstone of one’s life. This is most certainly the source from which the author drew throughout her endeavor and it provides a clear focus of faith from the writer herself. Reading this book was nothing but an uplifting experience.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It was very well written I hope there will be a sequel to this book because I want to know what happens with Coop and Becky. I highly recommend this book to all my friends and everyone else that reads this review.

Teens and adults will enjoy this modern Christian romance. A rural Kansas community is the setting for this sweet tale, but readers from all over the world will be able to relate to the ups and downs in the lives of the characters. The author weaves in powerful messages of Christ's love and forgiveness throughout the novel. I laughed and cried as I read this book, and I'm looking forward to finding out what happens to my favorite characters in the sequel!

This is a heartwarming tale of two people meeting and falling in love in a rural farming community, but there’s so much more to the story than that. The story touches on several sensitive life situations such as the death of loved ones, grief, single parenthood, a battle with cancer, assault, and losing a beloved pet. Each of these scenarios goes into how it affects those involved; physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The way she portrays their inner thoughts, emotions, and insecurities feels real and relatable. I think that this book might help anyone in these situations feel a little less alone. I found the family connections in this book to be especially heartwarming and was really rooting for the protagonists and their families by the time I got a few chapters in. Having spent many of my formative years in a rural area I think the author really hit the nail on the head with the setting. The descriptions and imagery in the book really had the feel of what it’s like to be there. This was the author’s first book, but I feel the level of skill she has shown here is beyond that. It was a really enjoyable read with great pacing. The book seems set up for a sequel and I look forward to reading what comes next!

Although I've only started reading this book " Under His Wings" so far I have found it a refreshing thought provoking book. The author's use of scriptures throughout the book helps to make it a down to earth story. A story that could be happening right now, this very minute to anyone. Our next door neighbor(s), our coworker(s) and Rosemary has brought their story to us on each and every page to enjoy. I look forward to continuing the journey wih Cooper, Beth and their familes to see where the road leads them. Rosemary has written this book with such heart, soul and thought that it's really difficult to put it down. Exactly how I love my books to be! Congratulations Rosemary! July 20, 2021 I’ve finished this amazing book now and I’m back for my final review. It didn’t disappoint, it only got better. I found myself pulling for these people as they faced their daily obstacles. I honestly couldn’t stop reading until I had read the very last page. I could relate to them and their life issues. They may not have been ones that I personally experienced but I’ve known others who have. That feeling made this book all the more real and interesting to me. Being able to find a book that has characters, events and experiences that one can relate to is what all of we avid readers search for in our reading material. I can’t wait for the sequel and possibly series getting to know more about these people. Coop, Becky, Dana and Marla Jean I await your next opportunity to let me into your world. The scriptures were all presented in the appropriate time. They were so comforting and helped to make this family and their small town & friends feel like our neighbors.
